Dr. Karen Pezzolla is an Associate Professor and Associate Dean in the School of Education at Felician University, specializing in Teacher Education. She holds multiple certifications, including NJ Principal Certification, NJ Supervisor Certification, and certifications in Special Education and Literacy. Her career spans roles as a classroom teacher, literacy coach, and higher education instructor. Her research focuses on culturally responsive pedagogy, online teaching methodologies, and effective instructional strategies in diverse learning environments.
