Dr. Karen Jones is an Associate Professor and Director of the Doctorate in Education (EdD) at the University of Reading's Institute of Education. She specializes in gender equality, leadership development, and higher education policy. Her roles include leading the EdD program, supervising over 20 doctoral students, and serving on committees such as the Women@Reading Steering Group and Ethics Review Committee. With 19 years in higher education, she has designed leadership programs and engaged in cross-sector research.
