Dr. Karen I. Hall is an Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership at Saint Louis University's School of Education, specializing in equity-centered leadership and BIPOC teacher recruitment. She holds an Ed.D. from Webster University and has over two decades of experience in K-12 education, including roles as Superintendent of the Maplewood Richmond Heights School District and Executive Coach at RISE Consulting. Her research focuses on systemic equity in education, anti-racism strategies, and leadership development.
