Karanjit Kooner

Karanjit Kooner, M.D., Ph.D., MBA is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in glaucoma and cataract management at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. He holds academic appointments in the School of Medicine's Department of Ophthalmology and has completed prestigious fellowships, including at Ochsner Clinic and LSU Eye Center in New Orleans. His research focuses on surgical innovations, optical coherence tomography applications, and holistic patient care strategies for ocular diseases. Dr. Kooner’s work spans clinical practice, academic research, and training partnerships between U.S. and Indian eye institutions.
