Kara Ditte Hansen

Kara Ditte Hansen is a filmmaker and educator affiliated with the Department of Film, Video, Animation, and New Genres at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She holds an MFA in Cinematic Arts from the same institution and actively contributes to the academic community through her teaching residency.

Her work explores experimental film and media art, with screenings at notable festivals such as Prismatic Ground, Vancouver International Film Festival, and Antimatter [Media Art]. These engagements highlight her focus on innovative cinematic practices and new media genres.
