Kangle Zhang is a legal scholar affiliated with the University of Helsinki and Peking University. He holds a Doctoral Degree from the University of Helsinki and serves as a Research Fellow at the Erik Castrén Institute of International Law and Human Rights. His academic career includes postdoctoral research at Peking University and visiting roles at the Manchester International Law Centre and Georgetown University Law Center.
