Kait Clark is a Senior Lecturer in Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of the West of England, Bristol, affiliated with the Department of Health and Social Sciences (HAS) within the School of Social Sciences. She serves as Theme Lead for the Applied Cognition and Neuroscience Theme of the Psychological Sciences Research Group (PSRG), Local Network Lead for the UK Reproducibility Network, and Athena Swan lead for her school.
- PhD in Psychology and Neuroscience from Duke University (2014)
- Previously worked as a Research Associate at Cardiff University (2014) and Scientific Consultant for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security
Research Interests: Kait Clark's work focuses on human visual cognition, examining how environmental factors, expertise, and individual differences affect visual processing from low-level motion perception to higher-level visual search. She also investigates open science practices and pedagogy, particularly responsible research methods in student projects.

Advising and Grants: Supervises PhD student Kayley Birch-Hurst, funded by the ESRC South West Doctoral Training Partnership (SWDTP), who studies psychological approaches to radiological training.
Labs and Teams: Leads the Applied Cognition and Neuroscience Theme within PSRG, contributes to the Psychology BSc (Hons) programme leadership team, and maintains the PSRG Blog and Twitter presence.
