Kai Wu serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Texas Tech University's Whitacre College of Engineering, where he maintains an active research program focused on magnetic technologies. Research Profile: Dr. Wu's work centers on spintronics and magnetic nanodevices with applications spanning biomedical sensing and neural engineering. His specific expertise includes developing Magnetic Biosensors for diagnostic applications, Magnetic Imaging techniques, and Magnetic Neuromodulation systems. He leads the Nanomagnetic Biosensors & Devices research group dedicated to advancing magnetic nanomaterials for next-generation medical devices and recording technologies.
