Kai-Min Chung is a Research Fellow at Academia Sinica, with expertise in Cryptography, Complexity theory, and Quantum theory. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Harvard University (2011) and a B.S. in Computer Science and Information Engineering from National Taiwan University (2003).
