Kai Hebel

Kai Hebel is an Assistant Professor of International Relations at Leiden University College The Hague, part of the Governance and Global Affairs school at Leiden University. He holds a DPhil from Oxford University and has affiliations as a Research Fellow at the Foreign Ministry of the Republic of China and a Global Scholar at National Taiwan University.
