KATHRYN DRURY-WALDRON is a Senior Student Experience Lead at Edge Hill University's Faculty of Health, Social Care & Medicine. With a nursing background, she specializes in public health, work-based learning, and student experience enhancement in higher education.

Her research focuses on workplace-based assessment tools like multi-source feedback (MSF), clinical supervision frameworks, and strategies for improving student experiences in healthcare education. She has contributed to national programs such as the Health Schools Programme and OfSTED-related initiatives.
In 2014, she co-authored a study on MSF as a work-based assessment tool, highlighting its application in evaluating healthcare professionals. This work aligns with her broader interests in educational evaluation and healthcare workforce development.
She oversees program quality assurance, apprenticeship strategies, and endpoint assessment organizations for the Office for Students (OfS) and serves as an external examiner and consultant in higher education.
