KAN Wing Shan is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Social Work within the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at Hong Kong Baptist University. His expertise spans key societal challenges including elderly care, health policy design, social welfare systems, and interdisciplinary approaches to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
