Kadır Diler is a Lecturer at Gaziantep University, affiliated with the Faculty of Sports Sciences (2024–present) and Oğuzeli Vocational School (2021–2023). He earned his PhD in Sports Sciences (2023) and MA in Physical Education and Sports from Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University. His teaching includes biomechanics, child psychology, and sports coaching.
