Prof. Dr. Jürgen Liebscher is a Senior Researcher at the National Institute for Research & Development in Isotopic and Molecular Technologies (INCDTIM) in Romania. His career spans over 50 years, including a Dr. habil. degree from TU Dresden and extensive experience in organic and materials chemistry.
- Education: MSc (1969), PhD (1973), Dr. habil. (1977) all from TU Dresden

- Organic synthesis of bioactive compounds
- Functionalized magnetic nanoparticles for advanced applications
- Polydopamine and analogues for material science
