Jörg Fabian Knufinke

Jörg Fabian Knufinke is a Scientific Project Assistant and University Assistant at the Institute of Wildlife Biology and Game Management, University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna (BOKU). His work focuses on human-wildlife conflicts, road ecology, and landscape connectivity, with a special emphasis on wildlife-based conflicts involving hunting, forestry, and agriculture. He has held roles in EU-funded projects like TRIEKOL and DECIDE, addressing climate adaptation and wildlife corridor planning.
