Jye O Sullivan

Dr Jye O Sullivan is an Assistant Lecturer in Visual Culture at the Technological University of Dublin. They hold a BA (2014) and MA (2015) in History of Art and Theories/Histories of Architecture from the University of York (UK), and a PhD in History of Art (2022) from TU Dublin. Their work bridges art history with interdisciplinary research in cybernetics, posthumanism, and ecological ethics.

Research focuses on intersections of art and cybernetics in Latin America, queer ecology, and technological education ethics. Co-led the EU-funded Ethico project (2019–2022) developing ecological ethics frameworks for tech education. Active in creative practice through sound installations exhibited at MAD Lab (Limassol) and Dublin venues.
