Justyna Misiągiewicz

Justyna Misiągiewicz is a Professor at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS) in Lublin, Poland, where she works in the Department of International Security within the Faculty of Political Science and Journalism. She received her professor title on October 1, 2024, following her habilitation in July 2022 with the thesis 'Energy Security Policy in the Caspian Region.' Her academic journey includes a PhD from 2007 on 'Turkey's foreign policy after the Cold War' and a Master's degree from 2002 on 'State sovereignty in the process of Poland's integration with the European Union.'
