Justyna Barbara Sulej

Dr. Justyna Barbara Sulej is a Lecturer (Adiunkt) at the Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology, Institute of Biological Sciences, Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, Poland. Her research focuses on the application of fungal enzymes, particularly cellobiose dehydrogenase and laccase, in biotechnology, food industry, and biomedical applications. She specializes in enzyme immobilization, antioxidant and antimicrobial properties, and light-regulated fungal metabolism.
