Dr. Justtina John serves as Lecturer and Diploma Program Leader in the Department of Computing, School of Engineering, Computing and Built Environment at University of Wollongong Malaysia KDU Penang University College. With over 14 years at the institution since 2011 and 20+ years total in Malaysian private higher education, she teaches core courses including Object Oriented System Analysis and Design, Business Information Systems, and Strategic Systems Management across diploma and bachelor programs.

Her educational credentials feature a Doctorate of Business Administration (2018), MSc in Information Technology (2003), and Bachelor in Information Technology (2001), all from Universiti Utara Malaysia.
