Justine Sheehan is a Climenko Fellow and Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School. Her research examines legal decisions that affect vulnerable populations' access to fundamental rights, particularly in state constitutional law. She is currently exploring whether the right against unreasonable searches and seizures protects arrested individuals from suspicionless vehicle inventory searches unless alternative disposal options exist.
Her teaching focuses on Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure, Evidence, Constitutional Law, Child Law, Family Law, and Federal Courts.
