Justine Sheedy-Kramer is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Utah School of Dance, teaching Character Dance, Ballet, Pointe, and Music courses. She has also held teaching roles at Utah Valley University, Ballet West Academy, and Salt Lake City Ballet, while co-directing the Middle/Upper School Dance Program at Saint Mary's Hall. Her career spans multiple guest instructorships across diverse institutions.

Her research focuses on collaborative arts projects, leveraging ballet and character dance for cross-cultural communication and community partnerships. She has published on Tchaikovsky's compositions as educational tools for music-ballet collaboration.
Recent creative works include choreographing Snow Scene from 'The Nutcracker' (2024), co-conducting the Utah Philharmonia Haunted Orchestra Concert (2024), and restaging Danzas del Mundo (2024). Her choreographic projects emphasize cultural narratives and interdisciplinary integration.
She serves on the Wasatch Community Symphony Orchestra board (since 2018) and is a violinist with the ensemble. Her professional network spans institutions like Pacific Northwest Ballet School and Burklyn Ballet Theatre, with national/international touring experience.
