Justin Keogh

Dr. Justin Keogh is an Associate Professor and Associate Dean of Research at the Faculty of Health Sciences & Medicine, Bond University. He is an Accredited Sport Scientist (ASpSc2) and Level II Strength and Conditioning Coach with extensive expertise in:

• Sports performance enhancement
• Geriatric exercise prescription
• Sarcopenia and frailty research
• Exercise oncology
• Motor control and learning

Research Highlights: His work addresses critical areas including female athlete injury prevention, resistance training for cancer survivors, and AI applications in sports science. Current projects span:

• Biomechanical analysis of strongman training
• Gait speed and sarcopenia interventions
• Exercise & diet for chronic disease management
