Justin Fanelli

Justin Fanelli is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Georgetown University's Center for Security Studies. He currently serves as the acting Chief Technology Officer and Technical Director of the Department of Navy's PEO Digital. With a career spanning six Defense/Intelligence agencies and three military services, his expertise focuses on cyber strategy, AI, and cybersecurity. He has taught graduate courses for a decade at institutions including Stanford, MIT, UPenn, Harvard, and Carnegie Mellon.
