Dr. Justin Antos serves as Adjunct Band Director at Saint Xavier University and Director of Bands/Orchestras at Dwight D. Eisenhower High School in Blue Island, Illinois. He transformed the high school's music program from 40 students to over 300, leading award-winning bands, orchestras, and ensembles. Since 2014, he has also been an adjunct professor at Trinity Christian College. His expertise spans music education, pre-service teacher training, and culturally-responsive teaching. Antos holds multiple certifications including National Board Teaching Certification in Instrumental Music Education. He has authored articles in academic journals and presented at national conferences, earning prestigious awards like the Grammy Music Educator Award (Top 10 Finalist, 2021).
