Justin (Gus) Hurwitz is a Senior Fellow and Academic Director of the Center for Technology, Innovation & Competition (CTIC) at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. He also serves as Director of Law & Economics Programs at the International Center for Law & Economics (ICLE). Previously, he was a full professor and founding director of the Governance & Technology Center at the University of Nebraska. His work focuses on the intersection of law, technology, and economics, particularly in telecommunications, cybersecurity, antitrust, and administrative law.
