June Y. Lee is Associate Professor and Program Coordinator for the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Minor at the University of San Francisco's School of Management. Her research examines entrepreneurship and innovation in emerging economies.
Her research explores how firms innovate across institutional environments, with specific focus on international entrepreneurship, transnational entrepreneurship, gender entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurship education. Industry experience informs her investigation of business internationalization strategies.
Publications analyze female entrepreneurship in transnational contexts, board representation dynamics, and educational innovation. She received the 2022 School of Management Research Award and 2021 Teaching Award.
