Junaid Shaikh is a Lecturer at Oxford Brookes Business School, Oxford Brookes University. He teaches across postgraduate and undergraduate programs in Human Resource Management (MA, MSc, PGDip) and Business & Management (BA Hons), with modules including Learning, Development and Coaching; Research Methods; Strategic Management; and Organisational Behaviour.
Shaikh's research employs qualitative, interpretivist approaches to examine international assignees' experiences in Transnational Education (TNE) programs. Additional interests include the future of work, digitalization impacts on careers, skills development frameworks, and strategic talent management in global contexts.
As Subject Expert for a Collaborative Partner institution, he provides academic oversight and quality assurance. He also serves as Academic Advisor, mentoring students across business programs.
