Dr Jun Hou is a Senior Lecturer in International Business at Brunel Business School, Brunel University London, specializing in Global Management. Previously, he held positions as Senior Lecturer at the University of Lincoln and Research Officer at the University of Oxford. His career spans academic research and international development work with organizations including the Overseas Development Institute (ODI) and United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP).

Current research explores the 4th Industrial Revolution's impact on development trajectories.
