Dr. Julio Mancuso Tradenta is a Senior Lecturer in Economics at La Trobe University, Australia, and Major Coordinator for International Business. He holds a PhD in Economics from Monash University, a Master's in International Political Economy from Tsukuba University (Japan), and a Bachelor's in International Commerce from La Matanza University (Argentina). His research focuses on international trade, economic development, sustainable agriculture, and behavioral economics. Notable projects include studies on export-driven regional development, upcycled food consumer behavior, and hemp-based construction solutions. He has led curriculum development for International Business programs and contributed to policy design for SMEs and local government reform. Dr. Tradenta is affiliated with the La Trobe Institute for Sustainable Agriculture and Food (LISAF), the Academy of International Business (AIB), and the Australasian Agricultural and Resource Economics Society (AARES). He has conducted funded research on lavender industry development and collaborates internationally on topics like Vietnam's reverse migration and gender economics. His teaching spans international economics, macroeconomics, and economic development.
