Julija Mell is an Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam, where she is also the Academic Director of the Cologne-Rotterdam Executive MBA program. Her research examines collaboration across cognitive, geographical, cultural, and structural boundaries in teams and social networks.
