Juliette Griffié

Juliette Griffié is a DDLS Fellow at Stockholm University, affiliated with the Computational Microscopy for Cell Biology (CMCB) laboratory. Her research focuses on developing advanced image analysis strategies and machine learning tools to address fundamental questions in cell biology using light microscopy.

Research Interests include:

• Advanced light microscopy techniques
• Machine learning applications in image analysis
• Immunology, particularly autoimmune diseases and immune cell interactions
• Generative models for dynamic cellular imaging
• Bayesian statistical methods in microscopy data analysis

Her work spans molecular-level studies, computational modeling, and software development for super-resolution and single-molecule localization microscopy (SMLM). Key publications appear in Nature Methods, Cell Reports, and Nature Protocols.
