Juliet Wilson serves as a Teaching Fellow in Nutritional Sciences at the University of Surrey's School of Biosciences within the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences. With over 25 years of professional experience as a Nutritionist/Dietitian across corporate, sports, NHS, and private healthcare settings, she joined the university four years ago to teach undergraduate and postgraduate nutrition and dietetics students.
