Julien Alexandre Sandretto is a Researcher at ENSTA Paris within the Computer Science and Systems Engineering Unit (U2IS). As an associate member of the Cosynus team at LIX (École Polytechnique), his work focuses on set-theoretic approaches, particularly interval analysis, for parameter identification, optimization, and solving differential equations. Applications span mobile robotics, manipulation robotics, and trajectory planning.
- Research Interests: Interval analysis, hybrid systems verification, validated simulation, optimal control with bounded uncertainties, constraint programming for differential equations
- Collaborations: Cosynus team (LIX), DynIbex development, collaborative projects with researchers in control theory and cyber-physical systems
Advising: Co-supervised PhD theses in collaboration with teams at ENSTA Paris and École Polytechnique, including work on validated control synthesis and robust motion planning.
