Julie Christian is an applied social psychologist based at the University of Birmingham's School of Psychology. Prior to her Birmingham appointment, she held positions at the London School of Economics and Political Science and Cardiff University.
Her research program focuses on social identity processes, attitude formation, leadership dynamics, and housing/community studies. Christian has established herself as a significant contributor to applied social psychology through both theoretical and practical applications of her work.
