Julie Aitken Schermer is a jointly appointed Professor (60% Psychology & 40% Management and Organizational Studies) at the University of Western Ontario's Faculty of Social Sciences. She holds editorial roles including Section Editor-in-Chief for Personality and Individual Differences and Associate Editor for Current Research in Behavioral Sciences. Her career includes tenure since 2006 and promotion to full professor in 2014, following academic roles at Brescia University College and the Administrative and Commercial Studies Program.
