Dr. Julian Matschinske is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Hamburg's Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Natural Sciences, affiliated with the Computational Systems Biology department. His work focuses on machine learning, data privacy, and federated systems in biomedical applications. He completed his master's in computer science at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg (2019) and his PhD at TUM and UHH as part of the EU Horizon2020 FeatureCloud project. Currently, he contributes to CosyBio's dehaze initiative for precision medicine.

Labs/Teams: Core member of the FeatureCloud project team and part of the Computational Systems Biology group at UHH. Collaborates with CosyBio on precision medicine solutions.
