Julian Chun-Chung Chow

Julian Chun-Chung Chow is the Hutto-Patterson Charitable Foundation Professor at the University of California, Berkeley School of Social Welfare. A leading scholar in community practice, his research focuses on racial/ethnic and immigrant minority access to social services, service delivery transformation, and social work education in China.
