Dr Julian A Sempill is a Senior Lecturer at the Melbourne Law School, University of Melbourne. He holds degrees including a DPhil (Oxford), LLB (Hons), and BA (Melbourne). His teaching spans Corporations Law, Trusts, Legal Ethics, Disputes & Ethics, and Legal Theory. He is completing a book, "Power & the Law," with Cambridge University Press, building on research exploring the Rule of Law, corporate power, and employer power dynamics.
