Julia Williams

Julia Williams is an Associate Lecturer in the Department of Management and Finance at the Worcester Business School, University of Worcester, and concurrently serves as an Associate Lecturer in the Centre for Academic English and Skills. With over 20 years of experience spanning executive roles, entrepreneurship, education, and leadership development, she bridges academic and practical expertise. Her career includes roles as a head teacher, business owner, educational consultant, coach, and strategist.

Her teaching and research interests focus on Leadership, Coaching and Mentoring, Training, Performance Management, Negotiation, Communication, and Strategic Planning. She actively contributes to the Worcestershire community through board membership with Worcestershire Ambassadors and her role as an independent foster panel member, advocating for networking and collaboration within local businesses and social sectors.

Julia’s multidisciplinary background equips her to address complex challenges across profit and non-profit sectors, emphasizing leadership development and fostering meaningful connections between stakeholders.
