Dr. Julia Touza is a Reader in Environmental Economics at the Department of Environment and Geography, University of York, UK. Her research focuses on environmental problems driven by economic factors, including natural resource management, invasive species, climate change, and cost-efficiency of conservation policies. She employs interdisciplinary methods like Hamiltonian-based optimization, econometrics, and agent-based modeling.
