Julia Roloff is Professor of Business Ethics at Rennes School of Business. Her research examines stakeholder management, supply chain ethics, and CSR implementation. Teaches courses in corporate social responsibility and business ethics across multiple programs.
Education includes PhD in Social Sciences from International Graduate School Zittau. Research investigates crisis responses in SMEs, social audits in global supply chains, and ethical dimensions of corporate governance. Serves as Section Editor for Journal of Business Ethics.
Awards include Academy of Management Best Review Award (2008). Developed stakeholder dialogue frameworks implemented in corporate practice.
