Julia Primo

Dr. Julia Primo serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics within the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. She is a dedicated faculty member in the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition, actively practicing through the University of Rochester Medical Faculty Group (URMFG) and Accountable Health Partners (AHP). Currently accepting new patients, she specializes in comprehensive pediatric gastrointestinal care with clinical expertise in complex conditions.

Her educational pathway includes:

• MD from SUNY Upstate College of Health Professions (2017)
• Residency in Pediatrics at Strong Memorial Hospital/University of Rochester (2017-2020)
• Fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology at University of Pittsburgh (2021-2024)
