Julia P. Kuan is a prominent trial and appellate attorney with over 30 years of experience specializing in criminal defense, civil rights litigation, and damages cases. She currently serves as a Partner at ECBAWM and previously founded Romano & Kuan, PLLC. She is a former adjunct clinical professor at CUNY School of Law and has held roles at the Legal Aid Society, Office of the Appellate Defender, and Bronx Defenders.
