Julia Mayerle

Julia Mayerle is a Professor of Gastroenterology and Hepatology and Chair of the Department of Medicine II at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich (LMU Munich). With a career spanning clinical and translational research, she focuses on pancreatic disorders, including pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer, and bridges bedside and bench research through interventional endoscopy and multicenter clinical trials.
