Julia M. Santucci

Julia M. Santucci serves as Senior Lecturer at the University of Pittsburgh's Graduate School of Public and International Affairs and directs the Hesselbein Forum Leadership Program in International Affairs.

Her research spans National Security, Foreign Policy, and Intelligence Studies with specialized focus on Counterterrorism, Gender and International Relations, and Middle Eastern Studies. She integrates gender equality into U.S. counterterrorism frameworks and analyzes Middle East policy dynamics through her decade-long government experience.
