Julia Looper

Julia Looper is a Professor in the School of Physical Therapy and currently serves as Dean of Graduate Affairs at the University of Puget Sound. Her academic career spans teaching and research in pediatric physical therapy, with a focus on motor development and ambulatory function in infants with developmental delays.

• MSPT and BS in Physical Therapy, Boston University (2001, 1999)

Her research investigates motor development in infants with Down syndrome, particularly the progression of walking, and evaluates interventions to accelerate ambulatory milestones.
