Dr. Julia K. Boehm is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Chapman University’s Crean College of Health and Behavioral Sciences. She received her Ph.D. from the University of California, Riverside, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Her research explores the interplay between psychological well-being and cardiovascular health, focusing on optimism, life satisfaction, and biological pathways.
