Julia Dobreva

Julia Dobreva is a part-time Professor of Economics at VUZF University and serves as Vice-Rector. She holds a PhD in Economics from St. Kliment Ohridski Sofia University, where she defended her thesis on 'Optimization modelling in sustainable development research' in October 2011.
