Julia Corwin

Dr. Julia Corwin is an Assistant Professor of Environmental Geography at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), specializing in critical human geography and urban ethnography. Her research focuses on commodities, labor, and environmental politics, particularly examining global electronic waste flows, repair economies in Delhi, and care work in London. She holds a PhD in Geography from the University of Minnesota and has prior experience in urban environmental policy in New York City. Her work bridges political ecology, STS, and de/anti/post-colonial frameworks. She teaches at LSE and contributes to interdisciplinary debates on social and environmental justice.
