Jules Lepoutre is a University Professor at Université Côte d'Azur, affiliated with the Laboratory of International and European Law (LADIE) and the Institute for Peace and Development (IDPD). His research focuses on migration law, nationality and citizenship law, European Union law, and constitutional law.
He coordinates the ANR DEMIG project (2024–2027), a multidisciplinary study integrating law, political science, history, and sociology to analyze how migratory movements shape population composition through comparative frameworks.
